ABOUT ME
The strengths-based concept quickly became a passion of mine when I was a Learning & Development Manager and we facilitated sessions across our North America teams. I saw the benefits it had on individuals and teams with the realignment that took place ensuring individuals had the opportunity to do what they do best. I have been lucky enough to take it with me and embed it in the organizations I have had the pleasure to be a part of throughout my career. One of my greatest accomplishments was presenting a breakout session at the 2019 Gallup Strengths Summit on embedding strengths in company culture.

Why the horse logo?
Horses have taught me so much about leadership and human interactions. They have the ability to feel your energy and know your intentions often times before you even know. Horses have a keen sense of awareness which is why they say you can't lie to a horse. These beautiful animals helps us build confidence in both them and us, we learn patience, and courage to do things we didn't think that we could do in the first place.

Believe me they know you in ways you didn't know yourself. Horses have the power to take you on a journey to discover yourself! The journey of discovery is similar when you unlock the power of your talents.
